How your data is handled

Privacy Policy

GoEurope.info does not set its own tracking cookies. This page explains what technical data is processed when you read the site, and what happens when you follow a link to an airline, hotel or booking partner.

Who is responsible for your data?

GoEurope.info is run by the editorial team behind the site, reachable at [email protected]. Contact that address with any question about this policy or to exercise your rights.

What data do we process?

Reading the site does not require a name, ID number or payment details. The web server and its protective infrastructure process ordinary technical information — such as IP address, timestamp and the page requested — for operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. If you email [email protected] directly, we see the address and content you send, and use it only to answer your enquiry.

Cookies when you follow a link to a merchant

GoEurope.info does not set any tracking cookies of its own. The only cookies that may appear are technical ones used for delivery and protection — for example from Cloudflare — under legitimate interest.

When you click a link to an airline, hotel or booking partner, that merchant's advertising network may set a cookie to record that the visit came from here, so that any resulting commission can be attributed correctly. Depending on which partner you go to, the network may be Adtraction, Awin, Addrevenue or Tradedoubler. Read more in each network's own cookie policy: Adtraction, Awin, Addrevenue and Tradedoubler.

What happens when you book?

Your booking is made with the merchant, not with GoEurope.info. The merchant handles your payment, travel documents and any cancellation, and their own privacy policy applies to that data. We have no access to your account or booking there.

Your rights

You can request information about, correction of, or deletion of personal data we process about you, object to certain processing and request restriction. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Email [email protected] describing your request.

Changes to this policy

If the site adds functionality that processes more data, this policy is updated before that functionality goes live.
